Adjunct Bakery/Pastry Instructor
Chris Miller has served as an adjunct bakery/pastry instructor at El Centro for 13 years. She began her career at a French pastry shop near Detroit and was a cake decorator for Tom Thumb stores in Dallas for 23 years. She is currently the pastry production lead for the new Whole Foods Market at Preston and Forest in Dallas, where she supervises all of the store’s bakers, cake decorators and pastry chefs.
