Adjunct Chef Instructor
Mr. Trudeau has been an adjunct chef instructor at El Centro since January 1996, teaching food preparation, garde-manger (cold food preparation), sanitation, purchasing and supervision. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance, he has been employed for 12 years with the DISD, where he is currently director of menu operations. Having worked previously for both Hilton and Marriott hotel corporations, he is certified as an executive chef by the American Culinary Federation.
