Advisor
Beth Sonnier serves as advisor for the Food and Hospitality Institute. She also teaches courses in food preparation, bakery/pastry and hospitality management. She has been at El Centro for 13 years and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University with degrees in culinary arts and hotel/restaurant management. Her 35 years of culinary experience range from working in the dining room to serving as executive chef.
