Bakery/Pastry Instructor

Bill Hodges is a bakery/pastry instructor and teaches food preparation classes. He has won two ACF bronze medals, four TCA Bronze Medals and two Golden Platter Awards. Like his wife and fellow instructor Alison, he is an alumnus of El Centro’s Food and Hospitality Institute.
