Staff Assistant
Anne Macdonald is the staff assistant of the Food and Hospitality Institute and is in charge of the kitchen/back-of-the-house operations. Ms. Macdonald, who is originally from Scotland, makes everything work behind the scenes in the kitchen — from ensuring that vendor orders are placed to seeing that all equipment is working properly.
