Software technician seeking a career change

“Software has been my hobby, my work and my life. I was a software technician with Fujitsu but resigned when the company moved to Frisco, thinking I could get another software job right away.

“I have the qualifications for a lot of the jobs that are advertised, but I don’t have a degree. So I decided I’d go back to school and earn an associate degree. I want to earn an associate degree in the new Digital Forensics program, and I’d like to move into a career in law enforcement.

“The Intro to Digital Forensics class has made me very aware that when you use the Internet, you really expose yourself to identity theft. I’m learning lots of things I didn’t know before.”
