Training in DCCCD’s Automotive Technology program can provide the skills you need to jump-start your automotive career.
Our automotive program prepares you for entry-level employment as an automotive technician. This program reflects a building-block approach from simple to complex skills, covering theory, diagnosis, and repair and maintenance of automobiles, including late-model vehicles with electronic systems. We emphasize operational theory, practical skills and accepted shop procedures.
