Rose Marie Pilcher’s career at Richland started in 1972 in the Continuing Education Department teaching Office Technology courses part-time. She also began her long association with the Business Division, teaching word processing courses as an adjunct instructor, and was hired full-time in the Office Technology Department in 1974. She began teaching full-time for the accounting department in 1982.

Ms. Pilcher served as program coordinator for both Office Technology and accounting, in addition to teaching and serving as co-op coordinator. She also served as campus coordinator for the Continuous Quality Improvement Program, for which she conducted campuswide workshops; wrote study guides for the Accounting program; and wrote manuals for the Office Technology program.
