Electronic portfolios — ePortfolios — are personal websites that you can build to showcase your best work for professors and employers. ePortfolios are organized so that you can easily submit work and have your professors and your peers review it.
Any DCCCD student can have an ePortfolio. You can store work on an ePortfolio in many formats: electronic documents (Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files; Web pages), multimedia files (videos, audio clips, images, photos, works of art) and links (blogs, social media pages, other websites).
DCCCD has chosen a company called Foliotek for students who are required to use ePortfolios for classwork. However, if an ePortfolio is not required for your classwork, you can use other companies.
