Frank Millsap has served as Auto Body faculty at Eastfield since 2002 and before that as adjunct faculty for a year.
Since 1980, he has owned and operated Sachse Rod Shop in Sachse, a street rod business specializing in custom body modifications for special interest cars. What started as a hobby has turned into a full-time business with eight employees who build custom cars.
He serves as the lead instructor for Eastfield’s new Auto Body Technology Custom Auto/Street Rod Fabrication Certificate, first offered in the Spring of 2011. He holds associate degrees from Muskogee Junior College in Muskogee, Okla., and in Auto Body Technology from Eastfield College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in landscape design and a master’s degree in ornamental horticulture from Oklahoma State University. He served as program coordinator and faculty member in Richland College’s Ornamental Horticulture program for 28 years.
