ProvostLeCroy Center Provost Pam Quinn supervises services in distance and blended learning technologies for the colleges of DCCCD. The LeCroy Center’s activities include Dallas Colleges Online, our virtual campus; Dallas TeleLearning, the production and marketing arm for video and online courseware; eCampus, the district’s learning management system; and districtwide software training and support.
She serves as the advisory board chair for the National University Telecommunications Network and is also an active member of the Texas e-Government Task Force, the state of Texas’ online authority; the Instructional Technology Council of the American Association of Community Colleges; the National Education Telecommunications Association; STARLink; the Texas Community College Association Distance Learning Committee; and the Texas Coordinating Board Distance Learning Committee. She was a founding member of the Texas Consortium for Educational Telecommunications, Western Governors University and the Redesign Alliance.
Ms. Quinn holds a master’s degree in journalism and public relations from Texas A&M University - Commerce and a bachelor’s degree in English and journalism education from the University of Kansas.
