Job profiling and employee selection: Your people drive the success of your organization. The Bill Priest Campus’ staff will help you develop an integrated approach to selecting and developing employees using human resources tools and processes from companies such as SHL and ACT. We will help you define required competencies for positions and create tailored assessment strategies and tools for determining capability, motivation and work style of employee candidates. We also will help you design interview guides that provide behaviorally anchored, structured interview questions based on job/task analysis and customer competency models.
Additionally, the Bill Priest Campus offers services that help you match job responsibilities with employees’ current strengths and future development needs, as well as guides for conducting performance reviews that ensure fair and consistent evaluation throughout the organization. |
