Salary: $57,644 - $100,877 / Salary Range
A full-time position in the Administration Department. Coordinates planning, evaluation and program analysis activities related to institutional effectiveness. Participates in the integration of related planning and budgeting activities. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performs research studies that support planning, evaluation, budgeting, policy formulation, etc.
- Provides college-wide leadership to committees and groups charged with accomplishing a variety of goals and/or tasks and acts as a facilitator with groups assigned responsibility for developing processes related to the accomplishment and measurement of institutional effectiveness goals and outcomes using continuous quality improvement techniques.

- Coordinate the development, implementation and data analysis of surveys and other information needed to support academic, departmental and college efforts in assessment.

- Conduct comprehensive studies on targeted topics such as student recruitment, enrollment projection, distance learning, retention and program effectiveness as requested by administration.
|
- Evaluates learning objectives and develops measurement instruments to analyze outcomes for departments developing IE plans and performance analysis.
|
- Assists the college in the development, management and documentation of quality enhancement plans.
|
- Supervises one or more important college functional areas.
|
- Assignments vary to meet individual organizational structures, but include the following responsibilities: accomplishing functions of assigned work area; selecting, training and evaluating designated staff; interpreting and communicating/implementing related policies, procedures, rules and regulations; timely submission of periodic reports; developing and administering budget within allocation.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent or higher with emphasis in quantitatively-oriented field such as statistics, mathematics, business, management, social sciences, planning or research, plus five years of related experience in higher education, administration or private industry.
|
- Requires the ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
|
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications to support research activities; demonstrated experience in total quality improvement facilitating processes and activities; oral and written communication skills to support interaction with staff, students and administration of the DCCCD as well as individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
|
