Expansion and renovation of both buildings for approximately 20,000 square feet of additional space and 18,000 square feet of renovated space. This included a remodel of the existing administrative spaces, remodel of student registration and intake areas, testing areas, central plant expansion and mold abatement of both second and third floors.
