Dallas Alliance for Business Development (DABD)
The City of Dallas, Dallas Independent School District, Dallas County Community College District, Dallas County, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, DFW Airport, Parkland Hospital and Dallas Housing Authority form a cooperative initiative to address local business development and minority participation in public procurement and employment opportunities.

M/WBE Certification Agencies
Dallas County Community College District shall require M/WBE Firms to be certified as such by an entity acceptable to the DCCCD.
