Job Seekers

Learn about DCCCD's new online Application Tracking System that launched July 7, 2011.  To apply for current external positions currently posted, please create an online account in our new tracking system. You will be given the opportunity to upload one resume to your application and you may combine multiple documents (e.g., resume, cover letter, unofficial transcript/certification) into one before attaching.

Helpful Tips for Using the New System:

Before you begin searching and applying for positions, please read carefully the instructions and links that are provided.

  • Establish a password-protected account to maintain or update.  Write down your user name and password, for future reference.
  • View the entire job description online.
  • Search and apply for positions from any location at any time 24/7.
  • You must apply for specific job openings in order to be considered for those positions.
  • Scroll to the bottom of each page to view and complete ALL fields.
  • Answer job-related questions to determine who best meets the needs of the position.
  • Please remember to save after completing each section of the application before proceeding to the next step or submitting.

Note: DCCCD conducts criminal background checks for all employees and prospective employees. The deadline for all applications (both electronic and non-electronic) and supplemental materials (if required) is 5 p.m. on the deadline date indicated. Please contact the location to determine if original transcripts are required. Transcripts from foreign institutions must be evaluated to U.S. standards prior to submission.

Note: Visiting Scholars who were employed via the Notice of Vacancies DCCCD hiring process may apply for internal-only vacancies.
