Construction-related bids usually require prospective bidders to perform a site visit. Listed below are the three different types and brief descriptions of each.

1. Site Visit/Sign-In:   All prospective bidders must schedule a visit to the job site with designated campus personnel in order to be considered for award of this project.

2. Mandatory Site Visit:   All prospective bidders must visit the site at a specified time and date, and sign in as evidence of their attendance.

3. Mandatory Prebid (Bidders) Conference:  All prospective bidders must attend a meeting at a specified time and date, and sign in as evidence of their attendance.  Campus/Facilities personnel will be present.
