Bond Program and Vendor Opportunities
photo of blueprint

Dallas County voters overwhelmingly approved a multimillion-dollar bond package for the Dallas County Community College District on May 15, 2004.

The voters of this county gave DCCCD their strong endorsement to move forward with our $450 million bond projects list ... a program that will enable us to:

  • expand capacity and update classrooms and laboratories to meet students' needs
  • address safety issues at older facilities
  • ensure that the district can meet the educational development and training needs of this rapidly growing and diverse county

Bond Program Projects

New Facilities
When the 2004 Bond Program is complete, DCCCD will have five new community centers and numerous construction projects at our seven colleges. View the Facilities Master Plan (PDF) presented by the district’s former chancellor in 2004.
Vendor Opportunities
For more information about vendor opportunities related to the Bond Program,  view the advertised bids and proposals list. DCCCD strives to increase the number of certified minority and women owned businesses (M/WBE) that provide goods and services to the DCCCD through competitive processes.
