DesPlas most recently served as El Centro College’s interim president and previously as the college’s executive vice president. |
| DCCCD Tuition Will Increase - Oct. 10, 2006 The Dallas County Community College District will implement a $3-per-semester-credit-hour tuition increase in spring 2007; students will pay $39 per semester credit hour – an amount that continues to place the system among colleges that offer the lowest tuition rates in the state, thanks to the support of taxpayers in DCCCD’s service area. |
