The Richland College Travel, Exposition and Meeting Management Club will host a Travel, Meeting/Event, Culinary and Hospitality Industry Showcase. The purpose of the event is to introduce college students, college and high school advisors/counselors, teachers and other interested people to the industry organizations located in North Texas. The format will be panel presentations and introductions followed by three break-out sessions and closing with a panel wrap-up.
The showcase is free and includes a continental breakfast. Attire for the showcase is “smart casual”; since meeting room temperatures often tend to be cool, we recommend you bring a sweater or dress in layers for the sessions.
Free parking is available on campus; parking lot W is recommended. The general session will be in Fannin Hall, in Building F on the east side of the campus.
Register today to attend Industry Showcase 2009. The names of all participating attendees will be placed in a drawing for one round-trip ticket on American Airlines! Don’t delay — registration closes Wednesday, Nov. 11th.
