Work Groups

Work groups consist of employees with a common and directed focus in an area of interest/importance to the district. Such groups share information and updates but have no regularly assigned decision-making responsibility. However, they may act as a committee or subcommittee reporting directly to a sponsoring or functional council on a short-term, action-based effort as assigned.

Benefits Coordinators Work Group

The Benefits Coordinators Work Group is designed to provide an opportunity for benefits coordinators to discuss benefits issues.

Chancellor’s Advisory Group

The DCCCD Chancellor's Advisory Group provides a critical link in receiving and sharing information about important activities impacting DCCCD as a whole.

Communications Management Team

Learn about how the Communications Management Team works and how to initiate an email blast.

Degree Audit Users Group (DAUG)

DAUG meets for training, review and interpretation of college, DCCCD, THECB and SACSCOC degree audit/graduation policy; Colleague degree audit training; and testing/recommending programming of the degree audit module in Colleague.

District Safety Team

The District Safety Team brings together those practitioners in the district with similar responsibilities and interest in the safety and/or security of students, employees and visitors.

Districtwide Web Action Team (DWAT)

DWAT is a collaborative group of DCCCD employees who are responsible for creating and maintaining DCCCD and location Web sites.

Green (Sustainability) Initiatives

The Green (Sustainability) Initiatives Work Group helps advance DCCCD Green initiatives.

Service Leadership Committee

The Service Leadership Team works to improve the consistency and quality of service provided to students and employees.
