STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #1 - Participation
Increase participation in higher education for Dallas County and beyond.
 
1. % of Dallas County adult population enrolled as students (credit or non-credit) segmented by ethnicity 
2. % of Dallas County public high school graduates within one year enrolled as credit students 
3. % of students enrolled who are international students
4. % of students living outside Dallas County and enrolling in at least one online course
 
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #2 - Student Success
Improve student engagement and success.

1. % A, B or C grades in (transfer, technical or developmental) courses
2. # of graduates (associate degrees and certificates) per academic year
3. % colleges exceeding target score on CCSSE average benchmark scores (50) of student success (based on the five sub-measures of: collaborative learning, student effort , academic challenge, student/faculty interaction and support for learners)

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #3 - Workforce Development
Increase workforce development initiatives that enhance the economy and competitiveness of Dallas County and the North Texas region.

1. # of reimbursable technical-occupational credit contact hours
2. # of reimbursable non-credit contact hours
3. # of contact hours from contract training (i.e., Corporate Services or other designated)

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #4 - Employee Success
Improve employee engagement, effectiveness and satisfaction.
 
1. % of full-time employees who meet or exceed the minimum DCCCD professional development requirements
2. % of full-time employee turnover by employee group and ethnicity (segment by leavers, retirees, deaths)
3. % of employees satisfied with employment at the DCCCD (using a standard employee survey to be identified)

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #5 - Fiscal Policy
Demonstrate institutional commitment to serve the community through sound and transparent fiscal policies and practices.

1. Third party validation of financial viability and integrity
2. Compliance with Board policies related to financial policy parameters
3. Level of tuition rates, benchmarked against Texas peer community colleges
4. Level of tax rates, benchmarked against Texas peer community colleges
5. % of total resources directed to college operations

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #6 - Resources
Improve efficient and effective use of resources with emphasis on process improvements, technology and support of all location facilities.

1. % of eConnect eligible students who register via eConnect
2. % of major DCCCD key processes improved and/or mapped
3. % of classes with actual enrollments within 80% of room capacity
4. % of classes with actual enrollments within 70% of desired enrollment % classes using eCampus
5. % of instructors teaching online who are trained in online teaching competencies

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE #7 - Sustainability
Promote practices supporting sustainability including social, environmental and economic vitality.
 
1. # of service learning hours produced annually
2. % employee diversity by employee type
3. % employee diversity for employees hired during the academic year
4. % of waste recycled
5. % of planned sustainability initiatives implemented per year
