How It Works

  1. Enter at least once by July 25, 2014.
  2. 10 participants will be randomly drawn throughout the contest period (May 5-July 25) to win two tickets to FC Dallas home games.
  3. 20 participants will be randomly drawn throughout the contest period (May 5-July 25)  to win FC Dallas T-shirts, FC Dallas hats and/or DCCCD gear.
  4. Ten participants will be randomly drawn on July 28.
    • The first eight participants will be split into teams of four and will compete to score the most goals in a soccer skills challenge. The teams will be coached by FC Dallas players Nick Walker and Ryan Hollingshead. The challenge will take place the week of Aug. 4-8.
    • Two additional entrants will be selected to appear as alternates in the event that the eight participants do not attend the challenge.
  • The participant who scores the most goals during the Eye on the Goal Challenge will win a $500 DCCCD scholarship.
  • The four members of the winning team and the $500 DCCCD scholarship winner (if the scholarship winner is not a member of the winning team) will win premium tickets to the FC Dallas vs. Real Salt Lake game on Aug. 22 and VIP experience at the game, including a pre-game on-field experience.
  • Rules

    • You must be 16 or older to enter.
    • The scholarship winner must use the $500 DCCCD scholarship at one of the seven colleges of DCCCD by Aug. 31, 2016. The $500 DCCCD scholarship can only be used to pay for tuition at one of the seven colleges of DCCCD.
    • The eight participants in the Eye on the Goal Challenge must be available during the week of Aug. 4-8 for the filming of the challenge.
    • If no goals are scored during the Eye on the Goal Challenge, the $500 DCCCD scholarship will not be awarded. If there is a tie, the tied players will participate in a playoff in which the first player to score a goal will win the scholarship.
    • You cannot win multiple prizes. Once a participant’s name has been drawn for a specific giveaway, their name will be taken out of future drawings for prizes, but they will still be in the drawing to compete in the Eye on the Goal Challenge.
    • Prize winners can pick up their prizes at the FC Dallas stadium during office hours.

The Eye on the Goal Challenge is a partnership between DCCCD and FC Dallas.
