Vice Presidents Council

 
The Vice Presidents Council has broad authority to help improve policies or recommend new ones involving academic and student affairs. Members also are the final reviewers of proposed curriculum changes.

The council comprises the chief academic officer and chief student services officer from each of the seven colleges as well as the LeCroy Center for Telecommunications. Additional members include: senior associate vice chancellor of educational affairs; associate vice chancellor of student affairs; executive district director of workforce education and compliance; district director of workforce development, teacher education and international programs; and district director of curriculum management.

The functional council is sponsored, and chaired, by the executive vice chancellor of educational affairs. Meetings are normally held the second Monday of each month from 1:30 until 4:30 p.m. at El Centro’s Bill J. Priest campus, B202.
