The Customer Service Leadership Team is a work group comprised of employees from across the district (see membership roster, charter (PDF – 43KB), minutes and DCCCD Guiding Principles).
The DCCCD Customer Service Leadership Team will inspire DCCCD employees to meet the needs of students, community members and each other in a professional, respectful and cheerful manner.
We support student success by recommending the tools, support, education, guidelines and feedback systems employees need to provide students, community members and each other with outstanding service.
These DCCCD Customer Service Leadership Best Practices have been endorsed by the Chancellor's Staff.
The DCCCD Customer Service Leadership Team has chosen "Super Service: Seven Keys to Delivering Great Customer Service... Even When You Don’t Feel Like It!... Even When They Don’t Deserve It!" by Val and Jeff Gee as this year's Common Customer Service Book.
